This website does not require you to log in or fill out forms on skephoto.com itself. We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us, for example when you call, text or email us, or when you book a shoot through our online booking system. That information may include your name, email address, phone number, brokerage and the address of the property to be photographed.

How we use it

We use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and complete photo shoots, deliver your finished images, and handle billing. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-friendly, aggregate website analytics to understand general traffic, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. This data is not used to identify you personally, and our site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Booking and third-party services

Our site is hosted on Cloudflare. Online booking, image delivery and payment are handled through trusted third-party platforms, including our booking and delivery provider and, if you choose it, the Titus pay-at-close service. When you use those services, their own privacy terms apply to the information you enter there.

Photographs and listings

Photographs we take of a property are used to market that listing and may appear in our own portfolio and marketing, consistent with our image licensing terms.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond promptly.
